Using the website has been a bit of a headache. Pages freeze on me, and checkout keeps glitching when I’m trying to finish an order. It’s annoying, though I will say the site looks fine and maybe it’s just having some bad days. Still, I hope they can smooth things out soon

I ordered my usual size, and wow, these jeans fit like they were designed by absolute clowns. The waist was way too tight, but the legs were all baggy and weird, so the whole thing felt awkward and uncomfortable. Returning them was a pain too. Definitely not buying denim from here again.

I ordered a pair of jeans from True Religion and the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I got the tracking email the next day, and like i said, it actually updated the whole way instead of just sitting there with no info.
The package showed up a little earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. I’m taking off one star because the box was kind of beat up when it got here, but like i said, the jeans themselves were totally fine

I had an issue with my order, not going into the whole thing, but customer service got back to me fast. They sorted it out without making it a big hassle. It did take one extra day longer than I thought it would, but overall it was a good experience.

I ordered a pair of jeans and, in my experience, the delivery was pretty much on time. I think they may have shown up a day later than I originally expected, but the tracking was easy to follow, so it didn’t really bother me.

I’m happy with these jeans. They fit nicely and are comfortable enough to wear all day, which is a big deal for me because I hate that trapped, stiff feeling some jeans give you. These move well and don’t feel tight in an annoying way. I did take off one star because the shipping was a little slow, but overall I’m glad I bought them.

I pretty much only shop True Religion when there’s a sale, and even then it feels like a gamble. You’ll see something marked way down, get excited, and then either your size is totally gone or the price suddenly looks different once it’s in the cart.

I also had a promo code that seemed like it should work, but it kept getting rejected. When I asked customer service, they basically just said “exclusions apply” without really explaining anything. Like, give me a break, just make it clear upfront.

The jeans themselves are still nice, so I’m not saying I’d never buy again. But the whole sale setup feels messy and more frustrating than it needs to be. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected it to be smoother...

I grabbed these on sale and, they’re solid for the price. Not sure I’d pay full price, but for what I needed them for, they worked out well.

I actually like a lot of the jeans on truereligion.com, but every time I finally find a pair I’d buy, my size is gone. Like, it keeps happening and it gets annoying. I’ll check back later and it’s still the same sizes missing. The site itself is fine, nothing really wrong there, but the availability makes it frustrating to shop. wish they would restock more often

The order was mostly fine, but the weird part is they got one size wrong while everything else was correct. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying.

I do like how these jeans look, and the fit was decent right out of the box. But for the price, I expected the fabric to feel a little tougher. After just a few washes, they started feeling thinner, and a couple spots got kind of rough, which was disappointing.
I still wear them, so they’re not awful, but I can’t say I’m super impressed. I also wish there had been some actual human contact when I had questions, because dealing with everything through automated messages just made the whole thing feel more annoying. Maybe I just got unlucky, but overall they’re only okay for me.

I picked up a pair of True Religion jeans and they feel really well made, the denim is nice and thick and the stitching seems solid and they fit me good too, I just wish they were a little cheaper because the price is definitely up there, but overall I’m happy with them.

I do think the designs look really nice, but I’m not totally sure they’re all my style. Some pieces feel a bit too loud for what I’d normally wear, but they’re definitely cool if you like bolder looks.

I was actually in a good mood when I tried it on, but that changed fast because it runs way too small. I’d definitely recommend sizing up.

I have had the absolute worst experience in my life with any kind of business as I've had with true religion. What they did to me was so unprofessional, sorry, untrustworthy, and flat out insane. I placed an order because I needed some clothes for an event I had. Noticed I said I had. They decide they're going to send me damaged items. I use my rewards points and cash them in for $50 off that I used on the original order but I had to return the stuff. The customer service lady told me to wait until the new order shipped and they would apply it on the new order because as of now the new order is costing me more than the original. When I called up there to tell the people about it they told me I was lying and told me I already applied a discount. I didn't have a discount to apply. The guy's name was Rob. Dude argued and argued and argued lying telling me I applied to discount when there's no way I did it. So they told me they were going to do one thing and didn't do it which resulted in costing me more for the replacement order when they sent the original order damaged. How is that right at all? It's not. I'm so done with them it's not even funny. I can't believe they pulled this. I'll be returning the items so I don't have to pay more for the replacement when they sent the items damaged, especially since my vent's already over with because I couldn't get the clothes in time. Because this replacement order has taken absolutely forever and I don't even think it's been shipped yet. They have me so upset Im in tears and I'm shaking. I will never spend another dime with them I promise that.

This is the worst customer service ever. You cannot get help if you need it. I purchased gift cards for my daughter through the online store and cannot find the original email they sent. I have been trying to get copies for a week now. I have texted and I have emailed, as they do not have a number to speak to anyone. They tell me they resent the gift cards, I tell them no they haven't. I showed proof of my inbox (pics sent through text), proof of my spam, proof of my search of true religion in my mailbox. I am at my wit's end, and at this point, it's theft on their part as they have 350 of mine that I cannot seem to get back. I will never purchase anything from them again.
